What we book

Plumbing work we book

Each page below covers what the visit involves and what gets checked. Cannot name the problem? Describe the symptom on the phone and the right trade gets booked.

How it works

Three steps from call to estimate

No forms to fill in and no waiting for a callback from a contact page. Booking happens on the phone.

  1. Say what is wrong

The address, the symptom, and two or three days that suit you. That is the whole call.

  2. We hand it to a licensed company

The request goes out to plumbing companies working your end of the coast, each one licensed and carrying insurance.

  3. Get a price before work starts

The plumber sees the job in person, then quotes it. Nothing proceeds until you say yes.

Why homeowners call us

What the booking gets you

A licensed, insured plumbing company

Cross the $500 mark on a residential plumbing job in South Carolina and the work has to go to a licensed plumber. The companies we hand requests to hold that license and carry insurance, and you can confirm any license number yourself on the SC LLR lookup.

A price before the work starts

The estimate is free and it comes after someone has seen the problem, not over the phone from a description. If the price does not work for you, nothing happens next.

A visit that fits your week

We book scheduled work, so the appointment lands on a day you picked. For a rental or a second home, we can book the visit for a window between guests.

Questions

What homeowners ask before booking

Anything not covered here gets answered on the phone.

Ask before you book (854) 237-0166
Who does the work?

A plumbing company that works your end of the coast, holds a South Carolina license and carries insurance. We handle the booking and hand the request over, so expect a call from more than one. Whoever you pick quotes the job, does it and stands behind it.

Is the estimate free?

Yes. Pricing happens at the house, after somebody has looked at the actual problem. Say no at that point and the visit still costs you nothing.

Is this a 24 hour line?

No. Appointments here are for planned work. Water spreading through the house right now is an emergency call: shut the main valve first, then dial a 24 hour plumber. Once the water is off, we can book whatever repair comes next.

Am I inside the coverage area?

The coast from Little River down through Murrells Inlet, plus Carolina Forest, Socastee and Conway inland. Sitting just outside one of those lines is worth a call rather than an assumption.

What makes the call go faster?

The address and a sentence on the symptom. Model numbers and rough age help on anything mechanical. Snap a photo before you dial, because one picture settles what a paragraph of description leaves open.

Can you book a visit for a rental I do not live in?

Yes. Plenty of the homes we book sit empty between guests or between seasons. Tell us how the plumber gets in and who signs off on the estimate.
